  FNP Emily Adams is awesome! She made me so comfortable on my first visit - she is so attentive, intelligent and kind! Everyone else I interacted with also seemed very nice. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

  My family just moved to the South Forsyth area and we were clueless about choosing a Family Dr. We found Dr. Conlin by chance, picking from the UHC website. . When I met Dr. Conlin on my first visit I felt really comfortable with him. He listens to you when you talk. It felt like I had known him a long time just after meeting him. The nurses are really nice too. The whole staff was great.

  Updated review: I had posted a 1-star review after my daughter (away at college) was unable to reach them to get a Rx refilled and I had a very unpleasant experience with their answering service. The next day (possibly two) they called her. I'm still not happy that they have no means (that I was able to find) to leave them a message after hours, especially as they close up at 4pm. It's 2017 and answering machines are very old tech and we even have this new fangled thing called "e-mail". At any rate, I was happy enough with the doctors when I went there but ended up moving because it generally felt like they had others things to do. Their weight loss thing might be totally legit but it still felt raised alarms that they were recommending their own product as a solution to your problems. Conflict of interests? Original review: Customer service is not a priority. They'll be happy to take your money but they won't take a message after hours and they have a very rude answering service. They're very keen to sell you their weightloss stuff but try getting them to fill out a form for you. Leave them the form and make sure they've got the correct phone number. Hear nothing back. Call them repeatedly over multiple day and leave messages each time. Hear nothing back. Did I mention customer service is not a priority?
